Terms

These terms apply to tutoring provided by InTuition.

Services

We provide tutoring and enrichment sessions for children aged 7 to 16, in person and online.

Enquiries and free trial

Tutoring begins with a free trial session, with no obligation to continue.

Sessions and scheduling

Sessions are one hour and arranged by agreement. We will agree days and times with you in advance.

Fees and payment

Fees are as set out on our Prices page. Payment is made per session or in agreed blocks, due before or at the time of each session. We are not currently registered for VAT. [Confirm.]

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

Conduct and safeguarding

We follow safeguarding best practice. For in-person sessions, a parent or carer should be present in the home, or arrangements agreed in advance. We expect a safe and respectful environment for the tutor and child alike.

Liability

We provide tutoring with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the current version here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
