During the trial we get to know your child, talk through what they find easy and what they find difficult, and carry out a light-touch assessment to understand where they are. For families seeking SEN support, it is also a chance to discuss your child's specific needs in detail and explain how we would adapt our approach.

After the trial we share honest feedback and suggest a plan, including how often we would recommend meeting and what we would focus on first. If you decide to go ahead, we book your sessions. If it is not the right fit, there is no charge and no obligation.
