Legal
Privacy policy
InTuition ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and that of your child. This policy explains how we handle the information you give us. Contact: hello@intuition.ac.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your child's year group or key stage, the subjects you are interested in, any information you choose to share about your child's Special Educational Needs, your preferred times and format, and your message.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free trial, and provide tutoring. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where you share information about your child's SEN (special category data), we rely on your explicit consent, given when you submit the form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is seen only by the people at InTuition who need it to arrange tutoring. Our form and email providers process data on our behalf as data processors. [Name the providers once chosen.]
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Records for active families are kept for the duration of tutoring and a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only privacy-friendly analytics and strictly necessary cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
